Commitment to the scientific approach

We have received high-level initial professional training, both theoretical and practical, designed to build the competence required to practice as coaches. We commit to continually renewing our training and personal development throughout our professional practice, through weekly monitoring, participation in additional training sessions, conferences, professional symposiums, reading, and mentorship.

We affirm an ongoing process of working on ourselves, and this work is clearly distinct from our training.

All our nutrition and training recommendations are based on both our personal and professional experience, as well as scientific evidence. We aim to educate and empower you so you can make informed decisions about your fitness and well-being.

Visual integrity and refusal of artificial intelligence

No image published on this site, on our social media, or in our communications is edited in a way that alters the perception of a body. No slimming filters, no morphing, no skin smoothing, no area masking, no simulated muscle volume. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and case studies are shared raw, in their original state.

The only technical adjustments allowed are those that make an image readable without altering its factual content: cropping, brightness, contrast, white balance. We also refuse the use of generative artificial intelligence to produce or modify before-and-after photos and testimonials.

No face, no silhouette, no body shown in our work is generated by a model.

This discipline is not a marketing argument, it is the condition for the credibility of coaching that relies entirely on the honest documentation of real transformations, and an act of respect toward the women we coach, whose bodies and stories should never be used in deceptive staging.

Confidentiality in our relationship

We are bound by professional confidentiality. We take every precaution to protect your anonymity and, in particular, we do not share any information with a third party without your formal consent. All information is handled in the strictest confidence, subject to compliance with applicable laws. This rule of confidentiality is essential to establishing a relationship of trust, without which the coaching process can neither begin nor continue.

You are nevertheless informed that in certain serious circumstances, where you yourself represent a danger to yourself or to others, we may step outside confidentiality and take appropriate action.

Coach independence

We maintain a position of independence. We retain the freedom to refuse and/or terminate a coaching contract for personal or ethical reasons, or if it would place us in conflict with the application of this charter.

We reserve the right not to accept into coaching anyone who makes us uncomfortable, and more generally any aggressive, manipulative, or erratic behavior that is unsuitable for coaching.

Respect for the individual

We adopt a holistic approach to well-being, taking into account not only your physical health, but also your mental and emotional health. We strive to be honest and transparent in all our communications and services.

We treat you with respect and dignity, recognizing that each person is unique, with their own needs and goals. We listen to your needs and adapt our services accordingly to serve you better.

Scope of intervention

No situation or area of life is excluded from coaching a priori. Through the situations you choose to discuss in our exchanges, you define the limits of our intervention. The duration of support is open-ended in the case of holistic coaching. So it is you who decides when your support comes to an end.

General protective framework for coaching

Coaching is a paid act, and payment allows for the release of the client's psychological debt. We prohibit ourselves from providing any kind of support free of charge.

In every situation with you, we maintain an attitude that upholds your full power over your life and your ability to lead it. If you ask us for direct advice, we will give it to you while clearly stating that it is advice, as opposed to our general coaching posture.

Why did we name our company 'LOREAU.IO'?

When opening our first company, our accountant asked what name we wanted to give it. Spontaneously, we said "Jérémy Loreau".

We see our business as an extension of who we are, a life project that matters deeply to us and reflects our values and our passion. But she advised us to find another name, in case our plans were ever to change one day. To prove our commitment to maintaining an irreproachable company, we wanted to keep our family name in the name of our company. We want this name to always remain spotless.

LOREAU.IO, a thoughtful choice.

If you're wondering too, 'io' means 'input/output' in English, which translates to 'input/output' in computing. We struggled for a long time with our binary side, "all or nothing", in pursuit of perfection, systematically activating "might as well give up" mode whenever we couldn't do what we had planned. That is what inspired the creation of this website and therefore our company. We wanted this concept to be integrated into it elegantly.

A perfect identity.

It is also a domain extension used for websites in the Indian Ocean (.io). Being rational, a little geeky, and from Réunion Island, this name seemed perfect to us. That is how our company was born.
